SmartChoice Roofing offers extended manufacturer’s warranties on all of our Owens Corning & GAF packages.

In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on materials, SmartChoice includes a labor warranty for SEVEN to TEN years. Likewise, they are held to those same high standards when it comes to safety and professionalism. Safety is our top priority while on the job site, thus, all of our project managers are OSHA-30 certified and will be enforcing OSHA law on all of our job sites.
